At the core of One Ten Restaurant & Bar is the cultivated vision of Josie, Kevin, and Connor Gerber—a dream that came to fruition in 2025 after decades in the making. Having previously owned health food stores in San Diego, the Gerber’s knack for cultivating successful businesses blossomed into the farm-to-table restaurant industry. Josie and Kevin are known as prestigious entrepreneurs, having founded and operated Napa Valley Montessori, Home Now Healthcare, and now, One Ten Restaurant & Bar. The Gerber’s share a love of tasting diverse foods and experiencing new cultures from around the world; both of which, inspire their menu and desire to learn. Connor, the first student of Napa Valley Montessori, is following in Josie & Kevin’s footsteps, having developed sophisticated taste buds at a young age, and aspiring to become a corporate lawyer.
